Leading with empathy, seeing consequences as excellent opportunities for teaching valuable lessons. These two concepts are a few of the fundamentals of Dr. Jim Faye's successful teaching strategies relating to classroom management. Ask your student's teacher(s) for more information on how you can use Love and Logic principles in your parenting.

HVCA Staff in Demand

Several of our HVCA staff members are in demand around the conference:

  • Mrs. Smith is on the Kindergarten Planning Committee and will be on the evaluation team for the Westchester school.
  • Mr. Newhart will be meeting with the Technology Committee next week.
  • Mr. Prouty is on the evaluation team for Reading Junior Academy.
  • Mrs. Murtaugh is on the Curriculum Committee.
  • Mr. Davis is part of the Principals Council and the K-12 Board of Education.
