About Ms. Bowker:

The challenge everyday of showing the students Christ. They are all different and enjoy getting to know all of them.

How I would describe my personality:

Orange / Blue - Outgoing, friendly, compassionate and sensitive.

How I feel about teaching at HVCA:

I taught typing for nine years and was very successful. Sometimes I miss it but not the time away from bookkeeping.

How I feel about my relationship with God:

It's awesome. He's my best friend. When I look back I can see how He guided me and got me throughmany trials.

How you think a Christian's life would be:

Happy. Nor without trial, but with plenty of support. The committment to go all the way for Christ gives you a great feeling.

Do you sometimes get frustrated with students:

Yes, when they are rude, especially when we have visitors in the school, or when they make excuses to always be out of the classroom.

If yes, do you ever think of giving up on them or the profession? How do you get through it?

No, I don't have a class, but sometimes I get to talk and pray with the students. There's always another side to them. They will sometimes act differently in front of students then they do privately.
